{"id":5942,"date":"2024-01-21T19:41:45","date_gmt":"2024-01-21T18:41:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.collietruschi.it\/?page_id=5942"},"modified":"2026-06-19T12:46:43","modified_gmt":"2026-06-19T10:46:43","slug":"termini-e-condizioni","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.collietruschi.it\/en\/termini-e-condizioni\/","title":{"rendered":"Terms and conditions"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1 class=\"postTitle\">Terms and conditions<\/h1>\n<div class=\"postTextArea\">\n<p>These General Conditions of Sale govern the purchase of the products and services offered on this website <strong>collietruschi.it<\/strong>, carried out remotely and made available via the internet, in compliance with Italian legislation on distance contracts referred to in\u00a0<strong>Legislative Decree 70\/2003<\/strong>, to the\u00a0<strong>Legislative Decree 206\/2005<\/strong>\u00a0and subsequently integrated with the<strong>article 49 of Legislative Decree 21\/2014 of\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.codicedelconsumo.it\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Consumer Code<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0(ex art. 52).<\/p>\n<p>The products are sold by the Cooperativa Agricola Colli Etruschi based in Via degli Ulivi, 2 \u2013 01010 Blera (Viterbo) (VAT number IT 00302380563), owner of the site and domain (hereinafter referred to as <em>Salesperson<\/em>).<\/p>\n<p>Before sending the order the<em>Buyer<\/em> you are required to carefully read these General Conditions of Sale which are available to you on the site: <strong>collietruschi.it<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 to allow storage and playback.<\/p>\n<h5>1a. APPLICABILITY OF THESE CONDITIONS OF SALE<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>The General Conditions of Sale exclusively regulate the offer, forwarding, acceptance and execution of purchase orders for the products and services offered on the site https:\/\/www.<strong>collietruschi.it<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>1b. PRICES<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>All prices are inclusive of\u00a0<span class=\"notranslate\">VAT \/ VAT \/ TVA \/ MwSt.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Definition in Italian:\u00a0<a class=\"notranslate\" href=\"https:\/\/it.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Imposta_sul_valore_aggiunto\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Value added tax<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Definition in English:\u00a0<a class=\"notranslate\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Value-added_tax\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Value-added tax<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Definition in French:\u00a0<a class=\"notranslate\" href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Taxe_sur_la_valeur_ajout%C3%A9e\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Taxe sur la valeur added<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Definition in German:\u00a0<a class=\"notranslate\" href=\"https:\/\/de.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Mehrwertsteuer\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Mehrwertsteuer<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>2. CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT<\/h5>\n<ol>\n<li>The purchase order is made by sending the<em>Buyer<\/em>\u00a0of the \u201corder form\u201d (also called \u201c<em>Shopping Cart<\/em>\u201c) in electronic format, for one or more products, and by transmitting the aforementioned order form to\u00a0<em>Salesperson<\/em>, electronically, following the relevant instructions.<\/li>\n<li>The order form contains: a reference to these General Conditions of Sale and to the Information on the right of withdrawal, a summary of information on the essential characteristics of each product ordered and the relative price (including all applicable taxes and costs), the list of accepted means of payment and the delivery methods of the purchased products, the shipping and delivery costs, as well as the conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal and the methods and times for returning the purchased products.<\/li>\n<li>Activities required before proceeding with the purchase of the products, by sending the order form: the<em>Buyer<\/em>\u00a0is required to carefully read the General Conditions of Sale and the Information on the right of withdrawal, the<em>Buyer<\/em>\u00a0he is also required to verify the correspondence of the data entered which he will have the burden of correcting in case of errors.<\/li>\n<li>Product prices may be subject to updates and changes. L&#039;<em>Buyer<\/em>\u00a0is obliged to verify the final sales price before submitting the relevant order form.<\/li>\n<li>By sending the order form the<em>Buyer<\/em>\u00a0declares to have understood and accepted its contents, as well as the General Conditions of Sale and Use, the Privacy Policy, the legislation on the right of withdrawal. Failure to fully accept such contents will result in the order not being able to be processed. The contract is considered concluded with the acceptance of the order by the\u00a0<em>Salesperson<\/em>, after verifying the correctness of the data. This acceptance will be communicated to<em>Buyer<\/em>\u00a0via a confirmation email to the email address indicated.<\/li>\n<li>Once the contract is concluded, the\u00a0<em>Salesperson<\/em>\u00a0will take charge of the purchase order and<em>Buyer<\/em> you will be able to view the orders placed by accessing your profile and consulting the appropriate section: https:\/\/www.collietruschi.it\/il-mio-profilo\/orders\/<\/li>\n<li>The\u00a0<em>Salesperson<\/em>\u00a0reserves the right not to process purchase orders that are incomplete or incorrect, that are not followed by successful payments, or in the event of unavailability of the products. In these cases, the\u00a0<em>Salesperson<\/em>\u00a0will inform the<em>Buyer<\/em>\u00a0of the above impediments and returning any sums already paid for the products purchased within the legal deadlines, without further compensation.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>In the aforementioned cases, the contract must be considered legally terminated.<\/p>\n<p>In these cases the\u00a0<em>Salesperson<\/em>\u00a0will communicate to<em>Buyer<\/em>, within ten (10) days starting from the day following the day on which the order was sent, the relevant declaration of termination of the contract.<\/p>\n<h5>3. PRODUCT INFORMATION<\/h5>\n<ol>\n<li>The essential characteristics of the products on the site are shown on the page relating to each product.<\/li>\n<li>The representations of the products on the site correspond to the photographic image of the products themselves. This image has the sole purpose of generically presenting the products and the<em>Buyer<\/em>\u00a0is therefore aware that it may not be exactly representative of every characteristic of the products themselves, as they may in fact differ in color and size. In any case, reference must be made to the literal description of the product.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h5>4. PAYMENTS<\/h5>\n<ol>\n<li>Payment method: the<em>Buyer<\/em> you will be able to pay the price of the products and the related delivery costs by credit card, PayPal, bank transfer.<\/li>\n<li><u>Credit card<\/u><br \/>\nThe circuits on which it is possible to purchase within the site are: Master Card, Visa, Maestro, Discover, American Express, Carta Aura.<br \/>\nFor maximum safety purposes, the<em>Buyer<\/em> will carry out the payment transaction directly on the PayPal secure server (https:\/\/www.paypal.com) or alternatively where the appropriate option is active and selected by the<em>Buyer <\/em>Stripe (https:\/\/www.stripe.com).<\/li>\n<li>The Site does not store your credit card number.<em>Buyer<\/em>, although, thanks to the protected communication system of the reference credit institution, from the second expense, the<em>Buyer<\/em>\u00a0himself will be able to proceed with the purchase without entering his data again. The relevant credit institution uses the SSL protocol to encrypt the data transmitted between its server and the browser of the<em>Buyer<\/em>.<\/li>\n<li><u>PayPal<\/u><br \/>\nOnce the order has been confirmed, the<em>Buyer<\/em>\u00a0you will be redirected to the PayPal website (https:\/\/www.paypal.com) where you will make the payment with your account, or using a card, including a prepaid one.<\/li>\n<li><u>Bank transfer<\/u><br \/>\nWithin a few minutes of placing the purchase order, the<em>Buyer<\/em>\u00a0you will receive a summary of your order via email and the information to make the payment by bank transfer. The requested goods will not be shipped until the funds have been transferred to the bank account of\u00a0<em>Salesperson<\/em>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h5>5. CONFIRMATION OF RECEIPT OF THE ORDER<\/h5>\n<p>Once the order has been received the\u00a0<em>Salesperson<\/em>\u00a0will check the availability of stocks to process the order. In the event that a product is not available, Customer Service will send a communication to the<em>Buyer<\/em>\u00a0who will be able to decide whether to confirm the shipment or cancel it.<\/p>\n<p>At the time of execution of the contract, the<em>Buyer<\/em>\u00a0you will still receive an email confirming receipt of the purchase order sent. The communication contains a summary of the general and specific conditions applicable to the contract, of the withdrawal, the order number, the summary of the shipping and billing data, the list of the products ordered with their essential characteristics, their price and the amount paid.<\/p>\n<h5>6. TRANSPORT AND DELIVERY<\/h5>\n<p>The products purchased on the site will be delivered to the address indicated by the<em>Buyer<\/em>\u00a0in the purchasing process.<\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0<em>Salesperson<\/em>\u00a0will issue an invoice for the goods shipped for each order placed, sending it to\u00a0<em>Buyers<\/em>\u00a0in digital or paper format only upon request received via email to the address\u00a0<strong>info@collietruschi.it<\/strong>\u00a0or by calling the number\u00a0<strong>+39.0761 470469<\/strong>\u00a0of Customer Service. The information provided by the invoice will be used to issue the invoice.<em>Buyer<\/em>\u00a0during the purchase process. No changes to the invoice will be permitted after it has been issued.<\/p>\n<p>Delivery costs are borne by the<em>Buyer<\/em>\u00a0and are distinctly specified during the purchase procedure.<\/p>\n<p>All purchases will be delivered by express courier from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays and national holidays. The\u00a0<em>Salesperson<\/em>\u00a0is not responsible for unforeseeable delays.<\/p>\n<p>Once the products have been shipped, the<em>Buyer<\/em>\u00a0you will receive a confirmation email.<\/p>\n<p>Except in cases of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, the products ordered will be delivered, in Italy or abroad, within a period of\u00a0<strong>7 (seven) working days<\/strong>\u00a0starting from the day following the day on which the<em>Buyer<\/em>\u00a0sent the order unless the<em>Buyer<\/em>\u00a0himself does not receive - within the same deadline - the communication of the impossibility of delivering the goods ordered following the unavailability, even temporary, of the products. In that case the<em>Buyer<\/em>\u00a0will have the right to choose one or more alternative products. You will immediately receive a confirmation email with the exact date and time of submission (legal timestamp).<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"7\">Alternatively, you can still send any explicit written declaration by email to info@collietruschi.it or by registered mail to our headquarters address.<\/p>\n<h4 data-path-to-node=\"8\">Return Policy<\/h4>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"9\">After submitting your request, you must return the products at your own expense within 14 days to the following address:<\/p>\n<blockquote data-path-to-node=\"10\">\n<p data-path-to-node=\"10,0\"><strong>Coop Agricola Colli Etruschi Soc. Coop.va \u2013 Via Degli Ulivi, 2 \u2013 01010 Blera (VT)<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"11\">Products must be returned intact, unused, and in their original packaging. <b data-path-to-node=\"11\" data-index-in-node=\"95\">For health and hygiene reasons, cosmetic\/food products must not have been opened, tested, removed from the warranty seal, or damaged.<\/b><\/p>\n<h4 data-path-to-node=\"12\">Reimbursement<\/h4>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"13\">We will refund you the full amount paid for the products returned within <b data-path-to-node=\"13\" data-index-in-node=\"72\">14 days<\/b> from the moment you notify us of your decision to withdraw. The refund also includes the shipping costs incurred at the time of purchase, at the standard rate (i.e., the cheapest shipping method we offer). L&#039;<em>Buyer<\/em>\u00a0has the right to restore, without charge, the conformity of the goods through repair or replacement or to an appropriate reduction in the price or termination of the contract. L&#039;<em>Buyer<\/em>\u00a0forfeits these rights if it does not report to\u00a0<em>Salesperson<\/em>\u00a0the lack of conformity within two months from the date on which he discovered the defect.<\/p>\n<p>In any case, any right of the<em>Buyer<\/em>\u00a0to compensate for damages of any nature, or liability actions of any kind, resulting from non-acceptance or fulfillment, total or partial, of an order.<\/p>\n<h5>9.
