The historical varieties from North and South Lazio, Caninese and Itrana, are blended here to create an extra virgin olive oil with all the great qualities of both oils. The olives are grown exclusively in the parish of Blera. The are harvested separately and at different times because they ripen at different times. The oils are then blended at a ratio of about 40:60. 40% Itrana and 60% Caninese.

The most simple uses are extraordinary: on sour dough bread, wild salads both raw and steamed. It offers you the possibility of discovering exciting new sensations.
